The Autism Action Partnership supports the following initiatives:

The awareness campaign will target the following audiences:
- Physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educators
- Individuals and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Community leaders (civic, business and elected officials)
- The general public
- Information Resource. The Autism Action Partnership will provide a central clearinghouse for information pertaining to the diagnosis, treatment, financial assistance and community resources for individuals diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and their families. This information is available by phone during regular business hours and through our website.
- Education. The Autism Action Partnership will serve as a resource for parents, professionals and community organizations that provide care and assistance to individuals diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Our annual fall Summit is an important educational event with a regional draw.
- Key Service Partnerships. The Autism Action Partnership, in collaboration with its community partners, will provide direct support for individuals diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and their families. These services include educational, cultural and recreational opportunities (through Easter Seals, The Rose Theater, Omaha Children's Museum and others).
- New Services. The Autism Action Partnership will pioneer new treatment and educational options in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Several initiatives are in development to be launched in late 2008 and 2009.
